Dana VanDeveer joined YG Financial Group, PC in
January 2008.
Previously, she worked for McGladrey &
Pullen, LLP
for seven years as an audit manager. She is a CPA and graduated from
the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2000 with a
Bachelor's Degree in accounting. Dana has experience working with
financial institutions of varying size and also real estate investment
companies.
Dana specializes in providing both routine and
non-routine accounting guidance to her clients such as assistance with
daily journal entries, payroll, filing of payroll taxes and required
tax returns, budgeting and cash flow analysis, financial statement
preparation, and implementation of new accounting procedures.
Consistent with our firm's commitment to
community service, Dana serves as a board member for the Emerging
Community Leaders of United Way of Champaign County and also as a
member of the Finance Committee for her church, Good Shepherd Lutheran
Church. She is a Pillar supporter of the United Way of Champaign
County. Dana is also a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
