Jon Coffman joined YG Financial Group, PC in July 2006 
and became a partner in the firm in October 2007. He is a CPA and graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Central College in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Jon has experience working with companies across a wide variety of industries, including retail, food service, construction, manufacturing, insurance, software development, non-profit, logistics, and equipment dealerships.
Jon is responsible for the business consulting practice at YG and specializes in business forecasting, design and implementation of in-house accounting procedures, and providing training and oversight of client accounting personnel in a part-time CFO role. He is proficient in financial analysis including the impact of taxation, and is experienced with a variety of accounting and point-of-sale software packages.
Consistent with our firm's commitment to community service, Jon is a Pillar supporter of the United Way of Champaign County and member of the Finance Team at Grace Church in Mahomet. Jon is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
